Cohen

I stumbled upon Megan's story right before she gave birth to Cohen....  Every time I read about their story I become speechless, and that's a rarity for me.  I can't put into words how much I hurt for complete strangers.  I stop and say "thank you" for the health of my son and daughter.  I can't and I won't even imagine what it would be like to lose either of them.  My thoughts and prayers are with Megan, her husband and their family every day, but especially today for Cohen's memorial.  What a beautiful little boy that touched so many people in such a short time.  What beautiful and courageous parents...

Jumping In

I've been thinking about starting a blog forever...I've actually created my blog site, got my cute little name (all the cuter ones were taken) and then....nothing.  I've been blogging in my head, does that count?  I wanted to start with something funny, something catchy, something that would make people think they actually want to read what goes on inside my head and in my day-to-day life.  If nothing else, it's just an outlet for me.  Lord knows I have a lot to say and most of the time I'll say it to whoever is unfortunate enough to get stuck listening to me =)

So here I am, my first blog...I guess I'll start with the basics.  I'm married.  Got a pretty awesome husband.  Blessed with twins who (in my opinion) are the cutest kids to ever grace this Earth....
Emmalyn and Benjamin

They are 10 months old and just the light of our lives...blessings more than we ever could have hoped for...

We also have a dog, but he thinks he's a sibling of Ben and Emma.  His name is Max...he thinks he's a 400 lb bulldog.  We haven't told him any different...

So welcome to my life...most days it's boring as all heck.  But it's my life and I love it and wouldn't want it any other way.
